聚氨酯鞋底成型機主要由電路器控制系統(tǒng),、混合機頭、原液罐,、填充給料系統(tǒng),、料溫、轉(zhuǎn)速,、壓力控制系統(tǒng),、清洗系統(tǒng)。氣沖系統(tǒng)和機箱等組成,。

3,、采用低轉(zhuǎn)速高精度計量泵,，轉(zhuǎn)速由變頻器和PLC控制泵電機，計量精確,，計量誤差≤1%,；

4. Used the screw & blade combined device, with stirring speed n-7600 r/min, to ensure the feed liquid evenly stirred and discharged smoothly, also with the high precision and a good elasticity.
5. Used the cooling device, it has a long continuous service time, which can reduce the cleaning times of mixing head, reduce pollution, reduce coat and develop the quality.
